About me and the services i offer
I am an Ardmore native, and I am excited to serve in the community that I call home. I believe that therapy can be used to help heal from past wounds, but is also a necessity throughout your life. Mental health is a number one priority for me, and I look forward to helping you make it a priority for yourself as well.

Populations
Children: I am a nationally certified Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I have spent many of my years of experience working with children who have experienced multiple types of trauma. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and many more. I currently work with children 12+.
Adults: I have a history of working with adults who have experienced trauma as well. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality, and many more. I am comfortable working with adults who are experiencing a number of struggles, whether it be parenting support, struggles with depression or anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles and more.
